What types of weddings do you specialize in?

We specialize in weddings for couples who are looking to have a world-class celebration in Las Vegas, Nevada. They are creative and unique. They want the wedding to be a reflection of their style and are not afraid to do something different. As most people already know, Las Vegas is known as the wedding capital of the world. Whether you are looking to have a spur-of-the-moment small, intimate celebration or an extravagant, elegant destination wedding we have plenty of creative ideas to make your day memorable.

Why do couples love working with you?

Our couples love working with us because they know they can trust us with the biggest day of they life. We understand that weddings are serious but we also don’t take ourselves too seriously. We believe that the wedding planning process should be a fun and enjoyable experience. The process really does fly by quickly so I try to ensure that my clients are able to take it all in and make things exciting and stress-free.

What do you love most about being a wedding planner?

There is very little that brings me more joy than getting to see the weddings I am a part of come to life. Wedding planning encompasses everything I could have ever dreamed to have in a career. My greatest fulfillment comes when the couples I work with turn into personal friends.

How did you get started?

After college in California, I decided to take a leap of faith, leave my degree in public relations and marketing behind and move to Miami, Florida to explore a career in wedding planning. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the business and realize this is what I was born to do. Moving to Las Vegas to start my business was the best decision I ever made, I met my (now) husband and have a wonderful career where I get to see love born every weekend. As a self-proclaimed “beach bum” and growing up in California I never thought I would have ended up settling down in the desert so far from the ocean. Well, I guess you could say Las Vegas has grown on me because now I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. This city has constant excitement and energy, the best part is I get to meet and work with people from all over the world! I frequently make trips to California to visit my family as well as get my sun and sand fix!

Do you have any advice on how to make the wedding ceremony more personal?

The best advice I could give couples is to hire a professional officiant. A typical ceremony often includes a processional, welcome, declaration of intent, readings, vows, ring exchange, pronouncement, and recessional. (Don’t forget about the rehearsal). The person that will officiate your wedding will do a lot more work than just show up and read pre-written vows from an Ipad. A good officiant will work with you way before you say I do to help craft a custom ceremony. They will get to know you and your fiancé on a personal level and incorporate any special traditions you may want. This person should be comfortable with public speaking and be able to think quick under pressure.

Let’s be honest, wedding ceremonies can be a very nerve wrecking time for everyone in the wedding party. Even after a perfect rehearsal people still forget what they are supposed to say and do. A good officiant should be able to smooth over any unexpected moments with charm and class.

What budget range do you cater to?

We can typically work with all budgets but our clientele averages a median budget of $70,000 with an average guest count of 150. We have associate wedding planners who can assist with smaller scale events.

What typically happens at the beginning of the process when someone contacts you?

As soon as a potential client contacts us via email or phone we of course first congratulate them on their engagement! I try to get to know the couple’s story and make a personal connection before discussing services and pricing. I think it is imperative for both the wedding planner and couple to feel comfortable with each other before even considering working together. I then will ask a number of questions pertaining to their wedding ( guest count, budget, vision, etc) before sending over a proposal with pricing.
