Our Couples loves what we call the “OneTouch Way” of doing business. We have fun. We don’t take ourselves seriously. We educate them while we plan their event. We offer a high touch, concierge level experience for every couple. What do you love most about being a wedding planner?
Our team enjoys getting to know each couple; their love story, their personalities, their likes/dislikes and we use this information to infuse the essence of them as a couple into their wedding day. No two couples are alike, and we love the variety in those stories that in turn, provides us with the canvas to produce each unique love story.
How did you get started?
Being a planner by nature, I started OneTouch Events while working full time. I have a background in Business & IT Consulting and while I managed multiple projects for corporate clients, I planned events for friends and family members, a talent which started over 20+ years ago.

What budget range do you cater to?
Our Full-Service clients fall within the Premium market budget range starting at $45k – $80K. Our Wedding Management clients fall within the Standard market budget range of $20k-$30k.
OneTouch guided me through the wedding planning process as I planned most of my wedding on my own. Months leading up to the wedding, they stepped in and took it from where I left off. This made the last several weeks of my wedding as stress-free as possible. They essentially took everything off of my plate and coordinated with my vendors to ensure that the wedding day was a success.
We truly enjoyed our day to the fullest. Val, my planner, was awesome she made sure to hold everybody accountable even the Groom when he “forgot” to write his love letter to me before the ceremony. He told me after the wedding that Val pretty much told him that he did not have an option in writing the letter even though we were pressed for time. Lol. And I’m so glad that she did! I’m sure that there were plenty of other mishaps that occurred during the day that OneTouch took care of without me even knowing. I’m so appreciative of OneTouch for making my day a true dream come true.
My husband and I are so happy we chose OTE for our wedding. If you don’t read anything else, read this: book OTE now. Before we booked OTE, we knew we needed help with day of coordination and the overall design of the reception and ceremony. We had already started vetting some of our vendors.
From the very beginning, Jillian (the owner) was great. I enjoyed speaking with her on our first call prior to booking OTE. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional! Once we decided to go with OTE and booked them, I knew we made the right decision. We booked the team about 9 months out from our big day and had consistent communication the entire time. They are very thorough, and they make sure they fully understand what your needs/wants are and they exceed them! They have relationships with some of the BEST vendors in Atlanta, so we took their recommendations for quite a few vendors we chose, and we could not be more happy!
Russell was my lead coordinator and he is honestly the BEST. He and Valerie were truly my saving grace during some really stressful times. They both do such an amazing job at making you feel at ease about anything you are stressing about and at the same time get you excited about your big day. Val is more on the planning/coordinating side of things and she is VERY thorough. She makes sure every single little detail is thought of and has a backup plan. She is also super sweet and nurturing! I’m soooo glad she was with me my entire day from the beginning. Her calm energy helped me so much! Could not have had a better person with me all day.
Briana was with my husband and the guys all day and she means business! She is so perfect for grooms and groomsmen. She makes sure they don’t get too rowdy before the wedding begins. I didn’t get to interact with her much but my husband said she was amazing as well! Russell focuses on design and he truly went over and beyond for us. He and Akeem (his amazing recommendation for floral) truly outdid themselves with our ceremony and reception. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could have a wedding like the one he designed for me with the budget we had! Russell makes the impossible, POSSIBLE. Still not sure how he does it, but I am beyond thankful for him. He puts out fires (beyond his control) with a huge smile on his face and a positive attitude. Nothing can shake him! He is truly exceptional.
I could go on and on about how much I love these guys but I will end by saying my wedding process from the time I booked them to the day of was smooth because of OTE. They kept me on track (literally, they have an online task tracker), on-budget, and they kept my spirits up when I was feeling down. Our big day was perfect! Couldn’t ask for a better event team. I can’t wait to work with them many more times in the future!
Let me start by saying there is NO WAY our wedding day would have been as successful as it was without Jillian and her team. We had 6 months to put together a very large wedding with guests coming from all over the world and Jillian made it happen! Jillian gave great advice and tips and also made sure all of our contracts were read thoroughly to ensure we were getting what we paid for with all the vendors. She was always available to answer questions throughout the planning process and made sure to give us the best advice possible. If Jillian is still in the business 10 years from now, we’ll be calling her to help plan our vowel renewal. She’s just that great! If you’re getting married, you need Jillian!
