What types of weddings do you specialize in?
We specialize in intimate weddings with a strong emphasis on decor and the overall aesthetic of the wedding day. We also specialize in private residence celebrations and logistically challenging venues.
Why do couples love working with you?
Our couples love our personalized approach to wedding planning. We become involved in so much more than the wedding day. We encourage our couples throughout the course of their engagement to focus on their marriage and planning for their future together while leaving the details of planning the wedding day in our capable hands. We only take on a handful of weddings per year which allows us more time to love on each and every one of our clients as we feel they deserve.
What do you love most about being a wedding planner?
Our clients!! We’re very fortunate to work with amazing, like-minded clients on a daily basis. We can truly say our clients become more than just clients, they become our friends! This makes our job so enjoyable and excites us to get out of bed each day inspired and eager to plan memorable celebrations to celebrate their love!
How did you get started?
Lauren and I launched Elegant Productions after working together on multiple corporate events over the course of three years. Our background and education is in Public Relations which lead us to event management. While working in the corporate world, we grew to love the logistical components of event coordination, however, felt something was lacking. That something was creativity. Wedding Planning allows us to merge our logistical and time management skills with our desire to be creative on a daily basis.
What typically happens at the beginning of the process when someone contacts you?
Once a Bride or Groom inquire about our services we will arrange a complimentary phone or in person initial meeting. At this meeting, we will get to know each other, discuss the details of the wedding and how we can be of assistance along the way. From there, should we decide to work together a custom package will be drafted, a contract sent and we get started planning the perfect day!
